UNIQUE EDUCATIONAL TOOL FOR ESL/EFL LEARNING AND TEACHING

How to submit your writing to nonstopenglish.com

Dear writer,

We English teachers at nonstopenglish.com are looking for native English speakers who would like to participate in building a perfect English teaching website. Your task is to write short stories or essays for our students of the English language. All we ask you is to write a text containing 50 - 700 words. You can choose the topic, style and the setting of the story (see below). Your language must be natural, easily digestible and sound. The text can be funny or sad, educational or entertaining, philosophical or factual/objective.

The text must be original. There cannot be a copyright on the text or you must acquire permission from the copyright holder (unless you are the copyright owner).

We will give you full credit and you can leave any promotional text in the credit. For example you may be a specialist in marketing, you submit us the required material and you can receive a link to your website accompanied by a description of your business activities. Or you might be a free lance journalist and you want to promote your news server we will give you full credit. Unfortunately, we cannot pay you a royalty for your work at the moment. But you might have a good feeling from participation in our fast growing English teaching project at nonstopenglish.com. And we will give you full credit and a link to your site.

If you have already any material unused in your drawer (perhaps written while at school), just submit it and we can include it for our students. Each text must be accompanied by a comprehension check but that is something we can do ourselves. If you feel up to the job, we will highly appreciate if you prepare that, too. You know better what message you want to deliver.

Possible styles and topics:

  • ...

We will select the appropriate material but all submissions will be accepted if they confirm to the following simple requirements:
  • The text is within the scope of 50-700 words.
  • Your style is natural, devoid of slang, and easily digestible.
  • You copy and paste the text into the field below. Please do not send WORD, STAR-OFFICE or any other format.
  • The content and your promotional material are not offensive to the general public, any minority or social group.
